The menu is designed for sharing. It takes inspiration from the sun-drenched flavours of southern France and the Mediterranean, pairing seasonal plates with a modern twist. Signature dishes include Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio, Beef Fillet Tartare, Marinated Scallops, and Roasted Octopus with Kalamata Tapenade, Roasted Tomato and Wild Herb Emulsion.
£55 Taste of Solaya Menu, that includes a welcome glass of Champagne, is available daily from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Cocktail Bar
The bar features a signature cocktail list, blending the elegance of French apéritif traditions with the brightness of Mediterranean citrus and the herbal complexity of coastal botanicals. Each drink balances sophistication with a relaxed Riviera indulgence. A snacks and nibbles menu completes the offering, perfect for a sundowner.
Join us for unforgettable Luna Nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays, DJ nights on Fridays and Saturdays, and celebrate the Golden Hour with a special £8 Petit Martini cocktail selection Tuesday – Saturday, 5 – 7pm.
