The menu is designed for sharing. It takes inspiration from the sun-drenched flavours of southern France and the Mediterranean, pairing seasonal plates with a modern twist. Signature and must-try seasonal dishes include Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio, Beef Fillet Tartare, Grilled Monkfish, Roasted Octopus and Highland Venison Fillet.
The £50 Taste of Solaya Menu is available daily from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for groups of up to six guests.
Cocktail Bar
The bar features a signature cocktail list, blending the elegance of French apéritif traditions with the brightness of Mediterranean citrus and the herbal complexity of coastal botanicals. Each drink balances sophistication with a relaxed Riviera indulgence. A snacks and nibbles menu completes the offering, perfect for a sundowner.
Join us for unforgettable DJ nights on Fridays and Saturdays, and celebrate the Golden Hour with a special £8 Petit Negroni cocktail selection Tuesday – Saturday, 5 – 7pm.
