From 23–30 June, Solaya partners with Portofino Gin to introduce an elegant Sgroppino Trolley, bringing one of Italy’s most refreshing cocktails tableside. Guests can choose between two variations — the Signature Sgroppino or a vibrant Mango Sgroppino — each prepared fresh in front of them with Portofino Dry Gin, lemon or mango sorbet, and prosecco.
Designed to capture the spirit of long, sun-soaked days on the Riviera, each Sgroppino offers a light, refreshing escape, with a touch of theatre in every pour.
Following the collaboration, the cocktail will remain available at Solaya throughout the summer months, crafted with Absolut Elyx Vodka, No.3 Gin or Pallini Limoncello. While the Sgroppino will be served across both the bar and restaurant, the trolley experience will be exclusive to the restaurant.
