This summer, we’re excited to introduce an elegant Sgroppino Trolley, bringing one of Italy’s most refreshing cocktails tableside. Guests can choose between three variations — crafted with Absolut Elyx Vodka, No.3 Gin or Pallini Limoncello.
Designed to capture the spirit of long, sun-soaked days on the Riviera, each Sgroppino offers a light, refreshing escape, with a touch of theatre in every pour.
While the Sgroppino will be served across both the bar and restaurant, the trolley experience will be exclusive to the restaurant.
