This summer, we’re excited to introduce an elegant Sgroppino Trolley, bringing one of Italy’s most refreshing cocktails tableside. Guests can choose between three variations — crafted with Absolut Elyx Vodka, No.3 Gin or Pallini Limoncello, mixed with Lemon Sorbet and Prosecco.
Inspired by the spirit of long, sun-soaked days on the Riviera, each Sgroppino offers a light and refreshing escape, served with a touch of theatre in every pour.
While the Sgroppino cocktail is available throughout both the bar and restaurant, guests dining in the restaurant can enjoy the special experience of having their cocktail prepared and served tableside.
