The menu is designed for sharing. It takes inspiration from the sun-drenched flavours of southern France and the Mediterranean, pairing seasonal plates with a modern twist. Signature dishes include Bouillabaisse, Josper Côte de Boeuf, and a BBQ Mussel Skewer with ’Nduja Cream and Chives.
We have a selection of menus available whether you’re looking for a lunch with colleagues, a special occasion venue to celebrate with friends or just an early dinner.
A Taste of Solaya menu is available for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and early dining from 5pm to 6.30pm.
The Solaya Experience and The Solaya Feast set menus are available anytime for a group of six guests and more.

The bar features a signature cocktail list curated by Group Bar Manager Alessandro Mannello, blending the elegance of French apéritif traditions with the brightness of Mediterranean citrus and the herbal complexity of coastal botanicals. Each drink balances sophistication with a relaxed Riviera indulgence. A snacks and nibbles menu completes the offering, perfect for a sundowner.
Join us for unforgettable DJ nights from Wednesday to Saturday, and celebrate the Golden Hour with a special £10 cocktail selection everyday, 4 – 8pm.
