Valentine’s Day Dinner
This Valentine’s Day, step into the warm elegance of Solaya and celebrate with a specially curated four-course menu, designed by Kenny Atkinson. Begin your evening with a welcome glass of Telmont Brut Réserve.
The journey continues with a delicate Lobster Croquette, served with lobster mayonnaise and caviar, and BBQ Lamb Belly Skewers with salsa verde, black garlic, yoghurt and mint. For your main courses, enjoy Cod with Provençal vegetables, mussels and sea herbs and lobster bisque, and the indulgent Beef Tournedos Rossini with brioche, mushroom, Madeira and black winter truffle. End the dinner on a sweet note with Paris-Brest, filled with praline mousseline, tonka bean ice cream and dark chocolate sauce. The menu is £110 per person.
