Valentine’s Day Dinner
This Valentine’s Day, step into the warm elegance of Solaya and celebrate with a specially curated four-course menu, designed by Kenny Atkinson. Begin your evening with a welcome glass of Telmont Brut Réserve.
The journey continues with a delicate Lobster Croquette, served with lobster mayonnaise and caviar. For your main course, enjoy a choice of dishes: BBQ Lamb Belly Skewers with salsa verde, black garlic, yoghurt and mint; Cod with Provençal vegetables, mussels and sea herbs and lobster bisque; or the indulgent Beef Tournedos Rossini with brioche, mushroom, Madeira and black winter truffle. End the dinner on a sweet note with Paris-Brest, filled with praline mousseline, tonka bean ice cream and dark chocolate sauce. The menu is £110 per person.
